garlic green beans
pour a little olive oil in a pan
add lots of garlic
(either chop up small or use a garlic press)
add lots of fresh green beans
stir almost constantly once the pan is really hot.
cook until they are tender.
green beans are my favorite vegetable.

ReplyDeletetim loves green beans, i'm not a huge fan unless i know i can eat another food between bites... like grilled chicken or mashed potatoes which is what it looked like you had that night. i'll have to try these out this summer.
