I made THIS alfredo sauce the other night and it turned out yummy! I even made it with fat-free cream cheese and fat-free milk (instead of just reduced fat). It was even better when I added pesto to the leftover sauce!
delish sounding + healthy for alfredo! i might have to try this one out. i don't usually love alfredo but i think that's because its typically super heavy.
Lindsay - This has become a staple in my house since you posted it. I make it almost every week! I make 1/2 box pasta and the rest is veggies (zucchini, squash, onion, broccoli, etc.) and pour the sauce over. Sometimes I add chicken.
we are sisters sharing recipes, encouraging each other to test out different recipes and try new things. if we can't have each other over for taste testing... at least we can share what we whip up in our own kitchens!
