Pulled-Pork Tacos Recipe

I found THIS recipe yesterday and I think I'll try it out next week! I already make a Costa Vida copycat sweet pork recipe, but I think this sounds even better.

  3. yeah! hope it turns out for you. the only time i've had a cafe rio type copycat with from my sis-in-law... but instead of adding brown sugar she used splenda. i'm not a fan of majorly tasting splenda though. this recipe seems super tasty though! YUMMM. i'm hungry now.

  5. Yummy! It was really good! I served with lime, sour cream, salsa and cilantro like it suggested (next time I'd chop the cilantro), and liked it all! I also heated and seasoned some pinto beans to serve it with and Ryan added cheese on top of his. I thought it was really tasty and easy! I had all the ingredients (except the lime and cilantro) on hand already! I recommend it!

  7. Amy, I just buy pork loin (?) when it's on sale and cut it up into smaller portions to freeze. It's really easy to put some meat (frozen) in the crock pot and cover with Sweet Baby Ray's to use for bbq pork sandwiches!

Traci, this seems like a pretty safe gluten free recipe, no? Maybe I'll make this next time we're on dinner for your family.
