Muesli
At our Lunt family reunion, my aunt was in charge of breakfast one day and she prepared "muesli." It's easy, healthy, and delish! Here's what she had provided for people to build their own muesli.
Oats (uncooked)
Milk
Yogurt
Chopped apples
Cut bananas
Sliced strawberries
Craisins
Raisins
Cocunut
Chopped walnuts
*Start with oats and milk and add whatever you want!
I made some this morning and I had oats, milk, low-fat Mountain High strawberry yoghurt, bananas, strawberries, apples, craisins, and chopped pecans. YUM!!
