Pumpkin Waffles

I found THIS recipe and really wanted to try it. I knew it was too involved for me to actually use for breakfast. So I made it for dinner last night! So yummy!

*The recipe calls for buttermilk. Instead of buying buttermilk, you can just "make" it by pouring 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar into a liquid measuring cup and then add enough milk to bring it up to one cup. This recipe calls for 2 cups, so double it. :)
