Stuffed Bell Peppers

I'd like to try THIS recipe out. I've always loved stuffed bell peppers but I've never made them. Anyone else think this looks good?

    we've made stuffed bell peppers a few times...but not for a long time! Those are a lot more loaded then the ones we've had! :) Sounds good!
