My appetizer:
Potato Wedges
Preheat oven to 400
Get as many potatoes as you need or are hungry for.
Cut into fourths long ways.
Spread out on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Season with salt & pepper.
Bake for 30-40 min. or until they are cooked to your liking.
Enjoy with lots of ketchup.

Yum, and easy! I should make these!
ReplyDeletelove pototo wedges. i usually throw a couple tablespoons into a large ziploc with about 1/2 tablespoon of Mrs. Dash original thrown in as well. i throw the potato wedges around and then throw them onto a cookie sheet. depending on amt of oil, you probably don't need to grease the cookie sheet. seriously sounds great right now.
ReplyDeleteYou could do lots of stuff as far as flavor goes with these...Lawry's, garlic salt, onion soup mix, any other seasoning...mmm.
ReplyDeleteI made these tonight as a side with bbq pork sandwiches...so yummy! I put Lawry's on ours. Thanks, Traci!
