chicken salad pita

i put two cans of tyson canned chicken in a bowl, added in 1/4 cup chopped celery/red pepper combo. i'd probably use more veggies next time around. then added in mayo made with olive oil/reduced fat. i probably ended up using a little less than 1/4 cup... but honestly add a little at a time until its the consistency you want. then i added 2 teaspoons mrs. dash in.

served in pita with 2 small slices colby/montoreyjack cheese, lettuce and 2 tomato slices.

as you can see, i had 1/2 pita with a little container of unsweetened applesauce for lunch today.
